We have filed and defended Applications for obtaining various interim measures under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“A & C Act”), petitions for the appointment of an arbitrator under Section 11 of the A & C Act, challenge of the Arbitral Award under Section 34 of A & C Act, Execution proceedings for recovery of monies under Arbitral Awards and Anti- Arbitration Suits. We have a dedicated team specializing in National Stock Exchange Arbitrations conducted by NSE on behalf of investors and trading firms in relation to disputes arising out of investments made in securities market. We also represent clients in arbitrations arising out of construction disputes, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. We also advise on complex and complicated multi-party arbitrations and appear in such matters before Arbitral Tribunals and Courts. We have also appeared in a wide variety of arbitrations before Tribunals comprising of Retired Engineers, Supreme Court, High Court and District Judges. We recently succeeded in a substantial claim in a construction arbitration for GVR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
